Order Pickers

Order pickers, also known as cherry picker forklifts, are specialized lift trucks designed to help operators pick individual items or cases from warehouse racking at various heights. Unlike standard forklifts that move full pallets, order pickers lift the operator along with the load platform, allowing them to directly access and retrieve products for order fulfillment. They are commonly used in distribution centers and warehouses to improve efficiency in picking smaller, high-turnover items stored on multiple rack levels.

The OPH26 / OPH26K Series Lithium Man-Up Order Pickers operate within a 64” aisle width, have a 2,600 lbs. lift capacity and are engineered to deliver exceptional versatility, easy handling and very low maintenance. With a wide range of capabilities, these order pickers can adapt to a variety of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and food storage environments. They are designed to help run a faster, more efficient operation. Choose from (6) lift heights ranging from 177” to 354”. Lithium charger included.

4 Steering Modes

N1 - Normal Front Steering: Front wheel steering. For long distances. Available for full range of lift heights with automatic speed reduction depending upon height.

C MODE - Cloud Walking: Both steering wheels are turning in the same direction. For parallel shifting and pure side motion. Available for platform heights up to 118 inches with automatic speed reduction depending upon height.

Z MODE - Zero Point Turning: Both steering wheels are turning in opposite directions, providing true zero point turning. Available for platform heights up to 118 inches with automatic speed reduction depending upon height.

Dual-hand sensing high-performance control handles provide high productivity and advanced safety.

Telescopic Load Tray extends from 13.6 to 20.7 inches to increase carry volume while maintaining an unobstructed view for the operator.

Storage Areas for small objects, packing film, documents and pick tickets.
